Overview

With the recent addition of Hypoxia to its movepool, Wind Chromeon is a powerful turn 1 damage dealer with Synertyper and Hand Fan as options to boost its offensive output. While it does have a fair few weaknesses, it can leverage defensive traits like Electric Custodian and Common Factor to great effect.

Wind Chromeon can keep Synertyper active while benefitting from the full suite of Wind-related traits and moves like Heater, Turbo Choreography, Tag Team, and Fast Charge from Gazuma.

Hypoxia is an incredibly powerful attack with few resistances, and with access to Synertyper and Hand Fan, you can really amp that damage to extremes. However, true to its name, Hypoxia makes it very hard for Chromeon to retain its stamina. You can elect to run Fake Beard in the gear slot instead, trading power for longevity. Generally speaking, the faster you run the Chromeon, the more "survivability" you will get from Hologram and KOing opponents, while the slower and bulkier you are, the more you should favour Fake Beard's stamina.

Chromeon really likes Gazuma as a partner - Fast Charge and Synertyper work really well together, as does Sparks and Turbo with Chromeon's moveset. Other good partners include other digitals, Tulcan, Tutsu, and Pigepic.
